In deciding the best treatment approach for an animal, Rae may work with veterinarians as it is important to her to take the most comprehensive integrative approach and develop a therapeutic plan suitable for that particular animal. In many cases Rae will incorporate other Chinese therapies, along with acupuncture, into her treatment plan.
In the general treatment of animals improvement may occur with treatment or some time after treatment. Treatments may last from 10 seconds to 30 minutes.
Rae’s long-term goal is always to fix the number of treatments to the minimum required for effectiveness and maintenance of health and wellbeing. Both the frequency and duration of treatment depend on the circumstances of the individual animal as well as the ailment.
