Orders
By placing an order online with Acupet you are confirming your intention to purchase the items you select.
Once you place an online order you are accepting your legal responsibility to make full payment to Acupet.
All online orders will be confirmed by Acupet via email to you.
Notwithstanding the above, you may cancel your order by notifying Acupet (rae@acupet.com.au) PRIOR to dispatch.
All orders where payment has been received by Acupet which are cancelled prior to dispatch will be fully refunded within 28 days.
Stock Availability
Acupet makes no promise to hold all products at all times. We therefore reserve the right to part-ship the rest of your order as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
Deliveries
Acupet aims to dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving that order.
You can expect your delivery within 3-7 business days after despatch.
An Australia Post standard delivery fee applies to each order. Additional charges due to bulky items or deliveries outside capital cities may be passed on at cost.
Deliveries can only be made to street addresses.
OK To Leave: In your Delivery Instructions, please let us know if it is OK to leave your parcel unattended at your address. We hold no responsibility for lost or misplaced parcels that are left according to this instruction. Select this option at your own risk.
If you require a signature upon delivery and do not allow us to leave your parcel you are accepting full responsibility to follow up your order with Australia Post should you miss delivery.
In the event that your parcel is returned to Acupet because delivery could not be made, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for all re-delivery costs.
Payments
Acupet accepts online payment in a secure environment via PayPal.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. The current rate of GST is 10 percent.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Acupet only provides refunds /exchanges for returned goods that are not of acceptable quality or do not match description.
Acupet will pay for the cost of returning such goods and all such returns must be accompanied by documentary proof of purchase.
Acupet is not responsible for the loss of returns during transit and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Acupet WILL NOT accept returns for incorrect choice, change of mind or minor problems.
In exceptional circumstances, Acupet reserves the right, by special arrangement with the customer, to accept returns with minor problems. Acupet may, at its discretion, offer an exchange, refund or other solution to remedy the minor problem. Returns made by special arrangement must be made at the customer's expense, with proof of purchase provided.
Conformity of Goods
Although due care is given to the accuracy of specifications and descriptions of products made on our website, these are given for the purpose of general information only and are not binding on Acupet. Any colour reproduction of our products are subject to browser variations and can only be regarded as a close representation.
Liability
Acupet is not liable for any delivery delay or failure to deliver due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
